Responsibilities include:
Program management: Plan, coordinate, and evaluate a diverse range of community programs and events for various age groups and interests, including school vacation programs, Saturday programs, after school classes, private tutoring and music lessons.
Staff supervision: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise center staff and volunteers.
Financial and administrative duties: Manage the center’s budget, manage the registration platform, purchase supplies and materials, collect program fees through online registration platform, and handle administrative tasks related to the center.
Marketing and outreach: Work with Education Director, Social Media and Outreach Manager, and SACC Site Director to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the center and its programs through social media, promotional events, and community outreach to our after school sites and the public.
Customer service: Respond to and resolve inquiries and issues and serve as the main point of contact for the community.
Reporting and evaluation: Track data, prepare reports on program usage and effectiveness, and analyze findings to ensure programs are sustainable. Essential skills and qualifications:
Minimum BA in Liberal Arts, education, arts, recreation, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in program development, coordination, and event management.
Leadership and supervisory experience.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office, Canva, and registration software.
Teaching experience a plus
Bilingual a plus
Some weekend work required
$65,000-$75,000 a year; employer matched IRA; health insurance; paid time off.

We are looking for Enrichment Specialists prepared to share their skills in the areas of cooking, dance, chess, stargazing, and more.
We are always looking for adults and students aged 16 and up to serve as Group Leaders to work directly with our children in our After School Program during the school year. Candidates must be willing to train in classroom management techniques and be positive role models for our students. Growth opportunities in continuing education and professional development in this role. Applicants are willing to be fingerprinted, have a criminal history background check, and an approved medical statement (TB test & physical).
